1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At Final Cap, our primary goal is your academic success and satisfaction. Because we provide digital goods and custom software engineering services, our refund policies are tailored to account for the labor-intensive nature of our work.
2. Full Refunds
You are eligible for a Full (100%) Refund under the following conditions:
- You request a cancellation within 24 hours of making the initial payment, provided that development work has not yet commenced.
- We are entirely unable to deliver the core functionalities agreed upon in the initial scope of work.
- We fail to deliver the project before the mutually agreed strict deadline without prior communication and extension agreement.
3. Partial Refunds & Revisions
Since development requires significant time and effort, if work has already commenced but you decide to cancel before delivery, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the amount of work completed. Once the primary source code has been delivered to you, refunds are not possible. However, we guarantee unlimited free minor revisions to ensure the code functions exactly as described in the requirements.
