You may qualify for a 100% refund when:
- You cancel within 24 hours of initial payment and development has not started.
- We cannot deliver the core functionality agreed in the initial scope.
- We miss the agreed deadline without prior communication and an approved extension.

Approved full refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after review.
Partial refunds & revisions
If work has started but you cancel before delivery, a partial refund may apply based on progress. After primary source code is delivered, refunds are generally not available.
Free minor revisions
We include unlimited minor revisions so the project works as described in your requirements.
